Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is joining with another to create intentional time and space to attend to the sacred and divine in one's life. As a spiritual director, TJ offers a generous listening and witnessing posture, joining you in attuning to the movements of the Spirit as we meet together. While called “direction,” this process is non-directive and allows you to freely explore the sacred movements in your life with the presence of a loving witness. Learn more here.
Story Coaching
Story Coaching is for you if you want a witness and a guide as you explore a story of harm from your childhood or present. While this process is significant and often brings personal breakthrough, transformation and growth, it is not therapy and is not a substitute.
Family Formation
Wondering how to prioritize spiritual formation as a family? TJ is available for coaching in this area, helping you think through your family values and what sustainable rhythms will help you live out your values in a given season.
Teaching / Retreats
TJ offers various retreats and teaching sessions. She has led spiritual formation groups, teachings on white racial identity development and retreat spaces. She is particularly drawn to helping others experience being “loved and free” in their spiritual lives.
Story Groups
Explore your story with a group of people and experience communal transformation. In addition to having your own story witnessed and held, you will be guided in how to listen and engage with others who are sharing stories.
